The purpose of this class is to address concerns associated with this transition such as pumping, meal planning, and work life balance. This class will be led by a local counselor and a nutritionist. There will also be a Q&A session, so come and ask our local professionals all of your concerns!

This presentation will address some of the stressors mothers experience when returning to work, which include finding a work-life balance, receiving support from employers (especially as it relates to breastfeeding), experiencing mom guilt, and more.
