Each visit is $150 including the evaluation and all subsequent visits. At Graham Physical Therapy, your hour-long treatment sessions with your PT are private and customized to you. Our decision not to bill insurance companies allows us the freedom to continue to provide care using this personalized model. A superbill can be provided at your request for you to use to submit your own insurance claim for reimbursement using your out-of-network benefits.
